Dow Hunting

Since I'm just now starting to get out of my animu shoes and stretch myself to do backgrounds, and I thought this turned out pretty well as far as those go, here's splash art/banners for my personal blog (not really related to Spectrum, but if you want to follow me there you can follow my progress with Romanian).

The shot is reminiscent of hunting Dow in SRO.

It was relatively easy to hunt even the Giant Dow Genema as a Bard/Cleric hybrid. It took forever, but there's no chance of you dying if you get your hotkeys right...

... And selling the equipment drops was oh so satisfying.

In some ways, being a solitary hybrid was even better than finding a party.

Oh, back in the day. I have to tell you guys, Silkroad is only really worth playing before level 20. Once you get there, it's trading and raids for you. Hours of hard work at one time and fists full of gold that can all be dashed by one monster aggro.
